Bulldog Senior profiles
Jonathan Whitmore
Jonathan Whitmore is a senior offensive lineman and linebacker for the Murphy Bulldogs.
He has been playing football for seven years.
Jonathan likes football because "I can be physical and not hold anything back." His favorite football memory is last year when the Bulldogs played Cherokee and Jonathan made the delivery sack at the end of the game. The Dogs edged Cherokee in that game to go undefeated in the Smoky Mountain Conference.
After graduation, Jonathan plans to go to a four-year college and get a degree. He wants to study industrial engineering. Another possibility is that he may go to school to become a welder.
His hobbies are hunting, fishing, paintball and collecting Dale Earnhart Sr and Dale Earnhart Jr. items.
