Multi-vehicle accident causes injury
      This is one of the vehicles involved in a Thursday wreck at the intersection of the four-lane and Main Street in Murphy. Reports indicate that lightning struck the traffic light at the intersection and it wasn't working at the time of the wreck.

      A man was found dead Saturday just outside the Andrews town limits. Christopher Nelson was discovered by a family member between 11 and 11:30 a.m. on the side of the road at the end of Collett Street, said Cherokee County Sheriff Keith Lovin.
