Gospel Festival of Choirs 2007

The Gospel Song Festival of Choirs 2007 will be hosted by Little Brasstown Baptist Church Sunday evening, September 23.

The prelude starts at 6 p.m. featuring nine-year-old vocalist Hailey Saraney and the Foothills Connection,k an award winning barbershop quartet.

Area choirs will begin singing at 6:30, including Bellview United Methodist, The Singing Disciples, Pinelog Baptist, Little brasstown Baptist, St. William Catholic, Murphy Presbyterian, Amazing Grace (a ladies' community choir), High Country Harmonizers Barbershop Chorus and the Cheorkee County Community Choir.A

festival highlight will be the Singing Preachers. All preachers need to meet in the classroom at 6 p.m. for their "yearly rehearsal".
