Beverly Burke

Beverly Ann Warren Burke, 85. of Hendersonville died Sunday, September 16, 2007.

A native of Portland, Me. she was an elementary school teacher and minister's wife.

She was a resident of Murphy for some 20 years and Hendersonville for the past three years. She was a member of the Shepherdess Organization, National Education association and the Michigan Education Association.

She was the daughter of the late Carroll Raymond and Ida Mae Ingersoll Warren and was predeceased by a brother, Richard Warren.

Surviving are her husband of 64 years, Pastor Keith Brandford Burke, a son, Arthur Ray Burke (Sara) of Berrien Springs, Mich. a daughter, Gale Mae Cole (James T) of Hendersonville, a brother, Dana

Warren of Vero Beach, FL. grandchildren, Christopher, Jonathan, Sara and Nathaniel and ten great- grandchildren.

A service of Remembrance was held on September 22 at the Fletcher Seventh-Day Adventist Church of which she was a member. Pastor Brent Sedgwick officiated. A Second service will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, September 29, 2007 at the Andrews Seventh-Day Adventist Church.
