Andrews Mites welcomed Smokey Mtn to the jungle

The Andrews Mites defense, led in tackles by Derek Bateman and Tyler Wiley, held Smokey Mnt. scoreless while the offense, led by Kurtis Raxter and the FRONT FIVE (Connor Earwood, Eric Dockery, BAMBAM-Brannon Edwards, Big Tyler Holloway and Andrew Long) were able to score two times, once up the middle by Douglas Ball. Cameron Debty scored with an end around and Matt Guffey got a two-point conversion. Our Mites went in to half time with a 14-point lead. In the second half Smokey Mnt. scored with a reverse on kick off, and scored again with a wide receiver reverse, bringing the score to Andrews 14 - Smokey Mnt. 12.

Tyler Wiley ran a 40-yard touchdown that was called back due to a penalty. Then our defense stepped in and took control and kept Smokey Mnt. from scoring again. Final Score was Andrews 14 - Smokey Mnt 12
