Holy Smokes! October 11th

This awesome evening of good fun, is the 13th annual Holy Smokes, presented by House Raising Volunteers. Pastors and their congregations, from Cherokee and Clay Counties, gather to present their favorite dishes for a great food tasting evening. Thursday, October 11th is the date and 6:30 p.m. is the time, at the Brasstown Community Center at 255 Settawig Rd. Tickets are $5.00 and will be sold at the door. You can avoid long lines by getting your advance tickets from Barbara at 837-6821 or Bill at 644-0548.

HRV builds a house in Clay County, and one in Cherokee County every year. These houses go to families in your community with children, limited income, and a good work history.

Holy Smokes is an extremely important fund raiser that allows us to continue this great effort. Saint Paul said: "Glorify God by seeking the well being of your neighbor".

Please come out and support these House Raising Volunteers that work so hard, every year.
