Rams outrun Dogs in 48-29 defeat

      The Bulldog's offense rolled off the yardage Friday night but Tyner Academy showed more offensive bounce as they defeated Murphy 48-29. Murphy took a week off from the Smoky Mountain Conference schedule and ran up against a very quick team.

Wildcats fall to Swain 32-13

      Despite playing a great defensive scheme, the Andrews Wildcats Friday lost to Swain 32-13. The Cats' defense, led by Rance Rogers, played a good defensive game as the score was only 7-0 after the first quarter. The Maroon Devils, after going 0-7, have now won two in a row.
