QUARTERLY MEETING

The Bear Paw Service district Board of Directors will have its Regularly Scheduled Quarterly Meeting on May 24, 2008 at 9:00 a.m. at the Bear Paw Clubhouse, 60 Village Rd. Murphy, North Carolina. In addition , the Board will consider a proposed amendment to the Bear Paw Service District's Bylaws permitting that the Board amend Section 2 of Article IV and Section 3 of Article VI of the Bylaws to allow tha manager to sign checks, leases, contracts and other instruments.

Notice is hereby given that a Special Board Meeting to receive the Zoning Working Groups report shall occur at 4:00 p.m. on the 8th day of May, 2008 at the Bear Paw Clubhouse located at 60 Village Rd. Murphy, North Carolina.
