Sherry Mikula of Harting Appliance, right, presents a check for $250 to Lisa Waggoner, Chairperson for The Mountain Song Stage, in support of The Mountain Song Stage which is part of the 8th annual Murphy Heritage Walk and Festival. The Festival which is organized by the Heritage Partners will be held on Saturday, August 30 in Konehete Park. The festival celebrates the history, artistry and craftsmanship, music, and agricultural heritage of Cherokee County North Carolina. The Heritage Partners wish to thank Harting Appliance for their generosity and support of this popular community event, which is free to all attendees.
